Image viewing software needed, with one major requirement (need by Sunday night)
Alright, here's another one.

I have some image gallery things I would like to present for viewing on my PDA. The one big thing is, I need an application that will, in fullscreen, either show a small zoomed window where I press my stylus, or switch from full view / stretched fit to screen view with a tap of the stylus over the area to be enlarged.

Let me try and explain... Right now, the best of the free and available applications I have tried to do this is the one that came with the PDA - hp's image viewer. It has a fit to screen fullscreen mode that I like where I can easily navigate back and forth between photos, which is what I need. But there is no way to view the image at 100% instead of the small version without exiting out of that, tapping on the picture, then going where I want, then exiting from that and going back into the pseudoslideshow mode again. I want to be in that fullscreen stretched mode, but just tap on an image to get something zoomed, and either let go or tap again to be back where I was.

Anything like this exist?

Edit: As an example of what I want, look at PocketLoupe. When I press on the image, it is zoomed in until I let go of the stylus. This is *exactly* what I need... but I need it fullscreen, and would prefer to have the fit-to-screen image centered. Any ideas?

Zoom can magnify full screen even in real VGA;

You can determine it's behaviour yourself.

...Good application, that can come in handy, but that won't do what I want to do.

Lets say I have an image roughly twice the resolution of the PocketPC. When I display an image in an image application that fits the image to the screen in fullscreen mode, the image will be rougly however it can fit in 480x640. What I need to do is be able to zoom back to the images' native resolution, like PocketLoupe does. The Zoom application won't do this, just zooms in on what it sees... I need to have the clarity of the original image be zoomed in.

Give Pocketloupe a try - those that use it, you know what I am talking about. If Pocketloupe had a fullscreen mode, and navigated like the HP Image Zone does (either with hardware or onscreen controls) it'd be perfect - I just need something like that that is in fullscreen.
