ActiveSynch partnership
How do you retain the partnership after a hard reset or rom update? It wants to rename my PPC. Is there some kind of workaround?

Before you resync and when you ipaq is not in its cradle, open ActiveSync and go to File>Delete Partnership and delete the existing partnership (save the files).

Then go through the wizard and change the name when prompted.
