info thread on a cracked headphone
Just a note FYI - I love my HP bluetooth headphones which work fairly well, but the narrow headphone band just cracked (is this a common problem?)! I called HP customer support (India?) and they immediately arranged to send me a replacement "in 48 hours", no further questions asked... I am astounded.

Maybe, because my cracked in the same way you described (about a month ago) as well, but I thought it was something I did and now... well, I'm not so sure.

I believe I'll try CS as well.

I just called and after going through a few departments I should see one in a few business days.

I thought I was simply out a 100 bucks.

Tis a good day -4705 rom update, bt headset on it's way, work is booming... I must play the lottery!

I have them now!
Check this out.

They sent the headphones next day air instead of 2 day!

So I got them in less then a day as I spoke to and emailed support at appro 1230 pm and UPS justed dripped them off at 9:48 am.

Atleast now I know when they break I can get a new set the next day (if it's not the weekend)

I have the same issue with mine so I called HP after I read this thread. I am getting new headphones within the next couple of days shipped to my house.

For the most part HP has always come through with their support for my products.
