I am looking for a small program where I can write up my days activities in a diary sort of format (so one entry per day would be OK).

Is there such a beast ?

You can use the Journal feature of Pocket Informant. I use it, and also got the Journal Sync program from WebIS. This syncs your journal entries with your Outlook journal. More info can be found here. And you can have multiple entries per date.

Or you could get Journal Pro from DSRTech.
