so far a company has sent me the wrong size screen protectors for my new hx4700 TWICE!!!
(the first lot were sent WITH the hx4700!)

Before i have a real go at them can i confirm that the protector IS supposed to cover the WHOLE 4 inch screen and there are protectors available in that size?

Yes - the screen protector IS supposed to protect the whole screen, and (as you are no doubt aware from looking through this forum) there are plenty of protectors available for the HX4700.

Good luck in getting this sorted out

Hey Lorax,

Did you buy them from eX***sys? I had the same problem with there own brand. I called them up and notified them of the problem even though the protectors where clearly marked for the hx4700, and I got a refund. I bought the Writeshield protectors (AG and C2) instead and they are the perfect size.

The protector should cover the entire screen. Have a look at:

Hi Lorax, the screen protector should cover the whole screen on the 4700. Boxwave is another excellent protector and does ship to the UK.

They are sending yet another pack. Should get them tomorrow.
Hopefully this time they actually look at what they are sending to make sure they are the right ones!!
