I need 802.11G standard since the environmnet that I will be working in does not support mixed mode b/g. I will have to be running a native G or Super G to connect to the access points in my place of business...
thanks in advance...

I highly DO NOT advise this for these reasons, even with a good CF to pcmcia adapter:
1)PCMCIA cards use 5 volts, not 3.3 volts-this will totally strain the voltage controller on the CF slot
2)PCMCIA cards can draw alot of power--you'll need to use a card like a Socket LP-E ethernet card to get any real use out of it.
3)Besides, who wants that droopy adapter sticking out of their sleek manly hx4700
4)Cardbus cards use 3.3V, but they will not insert into non Cardbus-enabled slots unless the insertion slot is mis-designed [a CF to pcmcia card should never allow Cardbus card insertion]
So unless you know your compact flash card-connected pcmcia device uses 3.3volts, and also uses little power--don't try this.... Besides the Socket LP-E card and possibly a pcmcia flash card--but even they are often 5v--i see no other card that would reasonably work and not hurt the pocketpc...
