Anyone having difficulty connecting to APs with the new ROM?

In that sometimes it will work fine, othertime it will just say "connecting" indefinately and you have to shut off/turn on wireless and try it again until it connects?

This in itself is not that annoying when I'm at home since I know my AP works fine and it only takes a few seconds to shut off/turn on wifi and try again, but when I'm on the road and trying to connect to new APs it's frustrating because I don't know if its not connecting because of this bug or because of the AP.

I have similar problems. When I de-select/re-select wifi from ipaq wireless it works fine.

Similar issues as well. Often times, I can't connect till I go hack the registry up a bit, and reboot the AP. Pisses me off royally too..

The thing I haven't bohtered to check though is if it's primarily with WPA-PSK, since the two major networks I need to connect to use it. The other one uses WEP, but I've had issues occasionally with that one as well.

That is pretty weird, I was assuming the ROM update would clear a lot of prolems, personnaly I found it to be much better than before, no more IE reloading needed and a lot faster transfers. And I am using WiFi on AP's using WEP, WPA-TSK and nothing (mac address restriction).

I have found the new rom to have not upgraded enough features on the 4700. For example, wireless performance is still fairly slow. (You are shown to be receiving full signal, but it is still a bit on the tardy side.)
