Lock all Inputs on screen ??

Is there a chance to lock all inputs on the screen? The only chance I see is to use the protect screen.
If I use the pda for navigation and put it into the pocket, there is the danger, that the screen is touched and stopps the program.

On an hx4700, the unlock combo is the calendar and itask buttons.

EDIT: But it's probably no good for navigation - it turns the screen off. Good for using the iPAQ as an MP3 player though... and it's free

I installed it on my hx4700 and started the exe-file. It loocked my pda and I couldn't bring it back to life!
Happy to see that after a softreset it worked again.
Did I something wrong?
