Green blining LED ??
I observed a green blinking LED on the top left side of my hx 4700.

It still was blining when pda was shoot off. It disappeared after some minutes.
I didn't find any hint in the manual.

What does it indicate?

I notice the same thing, it appeared when an active task alarms you about her existence, I found this very useful, but this happens to me only while I’m working with my iPAQ. Other encounter of this was when I sync and charge at the same time probably because of the same reason, it’s because of and active task or appointment, but I have my toy for just two weeks, I will appreciate second opinion from more experienced user about the functionality of hx4700.

darko is correct. It's a 'notification' of some event (typically a reminder (alarm, appointment or task) or email/instant message). You can change this feature by going to Start, Settings, Sounds and Notifications, Notifications (tab), and select the various events from the dropdown list. The events with "Flash light for" checked will flash the green light for the length of time shown in the box.
