It seems that the reg hack has prevented my files from being corrupt, at least at the moment. Although I still can not get WMP10 to add the Microdrive MP3's to the WMP library.
I can play these files if I open the directories individually and now, thanks to the reg hack, without loosing directory structure.
My next step is going to try using the WMP10 "sync" option on the PC to the Pocket PC. I know it does some reformatting, maybe that will fix the issue.

At least try the demo to see if it works, I know that all of the Pocket PC versions of WMP are glitch-loaded, and while it has improved, PocketMusic or similar programs are far more effective at MP3 playback. Full library, manual and automated graphic equalizer functions, 100% skinnable, visuals that pulsate to the music, scrolling titles, etc etc etc. Just give it a shot and see if you can build a library w/out corruption. The trial version is the full version, just with a 14 day period of use (i believe).
