XCPUScalar and 4700
I did a search and found more on XCPUScalar and it's use on slower processors than the 624mhz 4700.

Is this still a good option for the 4700 and what kind of speeds might I expect?

669 mHz I believe is the fastest you can get, if you can get that. XCPUScalar was NOT stable on my 4700, but then Pocket Hack Master wasn't stable either. So I quit having to reset my machine after everything I did and I quit using either of them. I used Pocket Hack Master on my 4355 with no problems, but not so on my 4700.
