The actizesync software that was installed on my iPAQ has disappeared. I don't know why. I added it as a selsction on the pull-down menu, but that's the only thing I've done with the software. It is still on my PC. I've used it several times today and now it's gone. Any thought/suggestions?

If all else fails, you should still be able to find it under programs. You can only have 7 programs on the menu, so it might have been replaced. You can got into Settings - Menus and remove a checkmark from something you don't want and re-check ActiveSync to make it show up on the drop down again.

Hi All,

Now I understand. The original problem was that I added it to the pull-down menu and when I selected it from that menu, it didn't work. So, I went to look for it under programs and it wasn't there. I didn't know that the link moves when you add it to the pull-down. I moved it back under programs, did a soft reset, and it's working again. Moved it back to the menu and still functioning.
