Landscape mode killer
Using the hx4705, in landscape mode, changes the character of the device.

I like using it with the touchpad on my right side (I'm right handed).

Almost like it was supposed to be used this way most of the time, and the blue wireless light can be obscured by your left thumb, so it doesn't bother you in dim light.

yes, actually you are right about it being designed this way. Notice how on teh old ipaqs, the screen was slightly off-centre to accomodate the stylus silo, not true with the hx. Obviously, the touchpad and surrounding blakc area as well as the indicator lights/speaker housing at the top are the same size as well as symmetrically perfect. The HX was designed to function both as a PDA in true PDA form (upright) and a PSP-like horizontal method. Undoubtably good for word documents (esp in true VGA mode!) web browsing and that sort of thing. I love using landscape.

Take care,

Justin

Also, if you want to turn off that annoying blue light or the orange light for that matter you can either get tweaks2k2 or the led on/off utilities were, last I checked, available as a free download from the tweaks2k2 site's downloads.

LEDwifion, off and LEDBTon,off for Bluetooth. I got tweaks2k2, and it helps..... I turn off the WiFI or BT lights whenever I don't want to see them on my hx4700

Thanks for the tip. I'll use it in portrait mode.
