I have an HX4705.

I have run into problems with my word documents when running on battery power. I will generatre a document, and when it goes into sleep mode, the document erases itself upon turning back on and trying to open it again. I have run into this problem twice, and want to know if anything can be done.

I haven't experienced the problem (mainly as I don't use PocketWord, but TextMaker instead) but have you tried saving the document just after you create it, and then continued working on it - does the problem still occur?

I haven't noticed this problem, but when I try to save as a Word document instead of a Pocket Word document, I only get a few junk characters at the beginning of the document. Are you trying to save as "Word" or "Pocket Word."?
