The Systemheap file is a system file created by windows whenever there is system database activity. You can safely delete this file.

Thanks a lot. I had never seen this file before, but have been installing and trying lots of different things on my new 4700, and had to hard reset once. I installed tweaks 2k2 to a cf card and I guess it doesn't like it there. Maybe I have to install that one in normal memory.

I have tweaks2k2 installed to the iPaq File Store, and it seems to be running correctly from there.

I'll reinstall it in the file store and try again, it sounded like a real good program to have.
