chinese language on english PDA

Dear Brother
I use HX4700 English version, on the AvantgGo download news can not show Chinses word.
How can I setup this PDA can see Chinses?

The software I am using is

Mobem CE-Suite for WM2003SE

http://www.mobem.com/products/cestar2003.php

Although the version on the net is working for WM2003, you will have to ask the administrator to send you a link to download the correct version working for WM2003SE.

i'm using monster chinese on my 4700. it displays chinese characters and also allows chinese simp/trad input. works flawlessly; only problem is that it's not free.
