Reroute my documents to sd card
I'm sure I managed to do this before but since a hard reset can't remember how to.

I want to reroute the default My Documents folder to the one on my SD Card, I have done it for Pocket Word and have changes links elsewhere but is there a way to change it overall so that the memory my documents folder is NEVER used in any software.

Also another thing is that when I install software to my SD Card instead of memory or ipaq file store, is there a way to put the installations into Program Files within the SD Card as everything is installing to the root of the SD Card from Activesync installations.

Cheers,

John

I don't know how to change it so everything goes to the SD card instead. But I would guess that it was maybe that one Tweaks program what is it.. Tweak2Ks or something like that?

Anyways, for the SD installation, you could just use a CAB file and a CAB installer and make it install to a specific place on the SD card.

I use CabInstl for this, and it works rather well.

Regarding the first part of your post, does anyone know if Tweaks 2k will do this? I would also be interested in that.

Create a My Documents folder on the Sd card and delete the "ignore my docs" file on the sd card. move your files there and they will stay there. if you create a new doc you bring up the popup menu and select rename/move.
