Do you mean on the Today screen? Or where are you only seeing the one appointment displayed? If you mean on the Today screen, using the default Calendar Today screen plugin, go to Start/Settings/Today, then click on Calendar, then on Options. Here you can change it from Next Appointment to Upcoming Appointments

I think this will show you more than one appointment on the Today screen

You might also want to try the freeware app, Calendar+. It's available at PocketPCfreeware and you can specify how many days or appointments that you want to show in advance. You can also change the font size to fit more onto the Today screen. And did I mention that it's free?

PocketBreeze.

Shows future appointments and tasks plus a calendar on the Today screen, works well for me.
