wifi question...

hello, i have a couple questions. i've been to the axim site and am still completely lost lol. my computer has an 802.11abg card in it but i'm connected to the internet through ethernet.

can i connect my 4700 to the puter through the 802.11b? i want to do whatever comes to mind lol... surfing the net, sync'ing, ect. or do i have to use the infrared port (which my puter also has.)? thanks so much.

Yes, you should be able to connect using 802.11b. You will have to do some research, and I would suggest starting here with Ikehiker's WiFi Guide. You will need to set up Internet Connection Sharing, and a few other things.
