I just ordered the globalsat 338 BT GPS and On Course Navigator 4. I'm expecting it today. Does anyone have any impressions of either of the two or both. Just looking for more feedback. I made the purchases after a great deal of research. Thanks in advance for any info.

No problems here using the 338 with an Ipaq 2750 and Space Machines Pocket Map Navigator.

Both the 2750 and the 338 have BT 1.2 which from what I can see improves connectivity between devices. Using the same software on a 4150 and another GlobalSat (gen just before 338), would result in periodic lost connectivity between the two.

I have the new globalsat 338 and it works great with my mapopolis software. No problems yet. Make sure you set your com port correctly though as I think com port 8 is for BT gps devices....
