New ROM and HP Support
Well I just sent in my iPAQ in for a screen replacement and while I was at it, I asked them to upgrade my ROM but they haven't actually upgraded my ROM yet. Considering all the problems people have been experiencing AND the people that have not have had any problems at all, do you think I should let HP Support upgrade my ROM? Do you think it'll work correctly if they install it rather than I do? Or should I just keep the old ROM until the new OS comes out?

I dunno, I've also heard some good things about the ROM upgrade being better like making the Pocket PC zipper and stuff like that...

If you are using the standard battery. go ahead as it fixes a few things.

If you want to use an extended battery...BACK AWAY FROM THE ROM 1.1!!

I agree with Howard Roark.... If you are using the standard battery and not the extended battery then I would say go for it.
