Calendar + Today settings causes White Screen on Soft Reset
OK my first post.... and has taken most of the day doing hard and soft resets and backup/restores to narrow the problem down, but with my 4700 if I try to change any of the options of Calendar + (the PICalendar) in the Today settings, then on the next soft reset it goes white screen and refuses to reboot. The only option is to hard reset and restore the last good back up. Will be interested to know if anyone else has had same problem, or knows if there is a fix.

Which version of Calendar+ are you using? The latest is 2.2.6.50526, which I have been using without any problems. I do remember, though, that earlier versions caused problems of the same type that you are describing.

It's a really useful little app, this - if it could just filter by categories it woud be perfect for me.

I also recommend using the latest version. I have been running Calendar+ for awhile now and have always upgraded when a new version becomes available. I have not had any issues like that.

Welcome to the site

Calendar+ isn't the PI calendar - they are both different programmes. (PI doesn't come with any today screen module).

I would try uninstalling Calendar+, soft resetting and then try reinstalling Calendar+

Edit: Obviously I was waaaayy too slow on this one

I installed Calander Plus awhile back, and the soft-reset screen changed on me as well.
I also got the "white screen", but it always reset itself...never froze.
The soft-reset process DID take longer than normal, and still does...even after upgrading to PocketBreeze.

Bottom line: I get the white screen also, but no lockups.
