I can't seem to get this to work, even after 2 days... and I've no idea where to even begin to go about solving the problem.

- Using the bluetooth manager on the pda, I've managed to pair the two devices.
- When I try to create a new "activesync connection via bluetooth" on my pda, it finds the laptop. The trouble comes when I try to connect. All it does is gets stuck on the "activesync: getting to host" window, and the process dies after a few minutes.

Please help.

I'm totally guessing here, but do you sync with more than one PC? If so, I think you need to go into AS on the HX4700 and pick Tools-->Options, and then in the drop-down box select the name of the PC you are trying to sync with. I know for WiFi syncing you need to do this, so that may be the case for BT, too.

I only sync with my laptop, and that particular setting seems to be correct.
