Tomtom can not find maps

I installed tomtom5 with no problems. Ran tomtom for the first time and went through some initial tomtom settings: time and distance format, left-right hand, language, etc. In the end it stated that maps not found.
I have hx4700. Tomtom is installed on devise side. Maps are sitting in SD Card.
Any clue?

I dont have an answer but I would ask Tomtom support first..
