I would like to remove Pocket Informant from my PDA. How?, I go to "Systems" and then "Remove Programs" but I can only access my programs in storage memory. How do I get to Pocket Informant

I cannot get my PDA to sync with Express after opening Pocket Informant. Therefore I want to get rid of it.

Did you install via the desktop and activesync? If so try this. Dock the pda and sync. Then click options then programs. Uncheck pocket informant and ok out. It should then confirm your uninstall request and do it.

I tried your method but could not open the syn file and find options. However, I went to "My Computer" and opened "Mobile device". Opened "Program Files" but could not find POcket Informant. Could only find those programs I installed. Is Pocket Informant in the BIOS? Appreciate any help.

I think some hx4700s were shipped with Pocket Informant already installed. I am not sure about yours. You could try a hard reset. Then if Pocket Informant is still installed, it is installed in ROM and you cannot remove it.

Do you actually remember installing this application to your Pocket PC?
