Hi! I know, my screenname is now misleading since they fixed my beloved pda, but still. I didn't see a more appropriate place to post this, so here it is:

Hx4705 bricked, tried everything I could on the forums except sending it out someplace. Resigned to get the new one that was supposed to come out in October and STILL isn't out. Waited and waited, using my insufficient 1945 instead. Upon reviewing the cost and feature set of the new comparable pda's, I finally broke and sent it in with the hopes that perhaps they could fix it.

So, six months after it died and wouldn't power-up, I sent it in and received it back immediately. Diagnosed, fixed, and sent back, FIXED! then i ordered a backup battery and received it the next day. They also email you once it's shipped back with tracking info :). All for about $100. This will satisfy my needs and more, with all the neat new software out there it is rockin now!

Thanks guys and gals at Pocket PC Techs, Inc., you folks are awesome! I am now in love with it more than ever and very happy. Thinking about re-registering with an accurate screenname. Cheers!
