I've been having a problem lately charging my hx4700. The connection where the AC wall charger *clicks* in to the bottom of the unit to charge is loose or otherwise wonky. I have to hold the cable at increasingly odd angles in order to get the charging light to blink. I can't just plug it in and go about my business, I have to sit there and hold it just right.

Is this a known problem with an established fix? Can I swap out a part and have it good as new? I'm not afraid to take the back off and plunge in. Any suggestions?
