I just got an ipaq hx4705 with wm2003. I want to upgrade the rom to wm6.1. I have no clue how. Can someone help? Ideally I would like a step by step instruction list. But I'll take any help.

i would say that with these roms there is only one fault with the 4700...

the damn touch pad. if only it had a d pad then i could play a few more games on it as well...lol

im using sanjays s61v3 lite (i think) it doesnt have PIE in it....
then i added opera 9.5 and sprite backup, TCPMP, i launcher and today warrior and tomtom6 looks like this now...

now i wonder if there is a way to get rid of the soft buttons at the bottom of the screen??

Spud, your screen is gorgeous. I can't wait to get my hx4705 and upgrade it. I already bought a Sena case at SenaCases.com for 1/2 price, and a 16GB CF card. i'm ready to roll....

have fun with it. hopefully one day the guys that cooked these roms can find a way to use SDHC cards as well.. we live in hope lol.. any way i have a 4 gig seagate CF hdd and 2 x 2 Gig SD cards...would love a bigger CF card....64 gig are available......... could almost ditch the ipod then lol lol lol.....

EDIT:

a2dp works very well with these roms.. so if you have BT headphones you are laughing.....i got a set of nokia BT501's from ebay aust very cheap and they work well with both the 4700 and the dell D620... im using the Toshiba v6.10.07.2 stack on the dell...
