I have a weird error happening. The tech support at AT&T/Yahoo, my ISP, has no idea how to help me.

When I send or reply or forward from my hx4705, it sends the message as though my email address were jose@yahoo.com. Jose happens to be my first name. However, there is no such email address, and I have never used this email address. I suspect if your name were Lawrence, your emails would go out as lawrence@yahoo.com. I have deleted all email settings and then created a new account. Same thing happens. This is only with Pocket Outlook mail. I have also been using a freeware mail program, which works just fine. I did a searh on the PDA for "jose@yahoo.com" and it does not exist. Weird.

When you set up the email account, it has a box to fill in called "your Name"
make sure this is set correctly.
