be carefull deleting dlls, maybe MOVE dlls and create a path to that directory on a storage card (with sktools or memmaid).
you may want to assess what you have installed on the device, especially when you dont have much internal memory, and uninstall as much as you can from the device and install into an sd card.
removing html files is a good idea, but also do this with caution, as some apps use thease files for program functionality. help files are ok to delete in \windows\help and in \windows\. and sometimes you can delete unnecessary files from other places like my documents...
using something like sk-tools installed programs applet, you can see what programs are installed and what files are associated with those programs and where those files have been installed. this way you can get an idea, really, where files are being installed if you tell it to install it to main memory or otherwise.
also, be dilligent on maintenace, or at least change the cache locations for ie netfront and or opera web browser, as a few minutes of browsing will pretty much load up the cache so much the device will become unstable.
finally, look into benchmarking and formating your sd or compact flash card for performance, as now that you are more reliant on the card for program and file access, it helps if its in top form...
hope this helps
