Slightly odd request and in this forum as I have a 4700 and I am not sure which forum to post this query in.

My wife has been given an HP IPAQ from her employer but it does not have any model number on it. Is there a way to identify it?

It has Bluetooth and WiFi, 128MB memory, is running Mobile 2003 SE with an odd label on back of of Pocket PC 2003 Prem), can run in landscape as well as normal mode with the usual prolonged calender press, looks like it has both CF and SD slots, flip transparent cover hinged at the top. Photo attached.

Does anybody know what model it is?

its an HX2xxx series, the model number is under the battery.

I would be willing to bet that the picture is that of the hx2750/5 and without removing the battery you should find the model under Settings -> HP Asset Viewer -> System and the 3rd item should read the model.
