Hi there not sure how to play a video on the hx4700 i sendt a video clip form my mobile to the ppc ut it says its not a format it uses being 3gp so i downloaded a 3gp player sent it to ppc to my documents went to open it says not a ppc format what am i doing wrong plz or has it got to be a ppc version if so please offer any advice.

I responded to your private message with a link to a conversion utility that says it will convert the 3gp files to the type that the Pocket PC's can process.
