Hi again...I have another question, the sticker on the back of my device has the serial number for WM worn off...(why microsoft would put a sticker on the back of a portable device with numbers on is beyond me?)....anyway...how would I go about finding out what my serial number is?

I don't think the label on the back of your pocket pc is important. You cana find the serial number for your pocket pc in the HP Asset Viewer. Tap Start > Settings > System > HP Asset Viewer > Identity tab.
