i know the only difference is...the 1 gb onboard memory but how good is the rom memory? is it faster than the 1 or 2 gb transcend/sandisk 150 x SD card? could you give me opinion? well...since i got 50 $ difference between this 2 ipaq meanwhile i can get 50 $ for 2 gb sd card...like transcend 150x or kingston.
btw, i found out that rx1950 using samsung processor could have a nice speed and beat some intel xscale 400 mhz. looks like samsung processor is good. this rx4540 also using samsung processor...does it mean it also has comparable speed to...maybe intel 520 mhz processor? anyway, thx for your opinion.
