RX1955 clicking sound effect issue!

I just purchased a HP Ipaq RX1955. When I tap on the START program on the top left, there's a "click" sound effect. When I open up any programs from the START program list, there's a "click" sound effect again. It's very annoying. Can someone tell me how to turn this off. It's not on the "sound and notification" setting. Thanks.
