hard reset?

will with hard reset erase everything? or just contacts...calendar...installed programs?

will it erase also files from MyDocument folder or not? (need specific answer on that one (yes or no), it is SOS important, ty)

A hard reset will erase EVERYTHING. Esentially your returning the PDA to the factory state it was in the very first time you turned it own. You will need to reload all yor programs and files after a hard reset. Backup everything before you attempt a hard reset. There is no turning back after the fact, if you have no backups. Also make sure you have all the registration keys and passwords needed for all your software.

YES, it will erase any files in the My Documents folder. The only files that will be safe are any installed on your storage card.
