Exclamation HELP!!! how can I change the language on my ipaq rx 1950???

I just received an Ipaq for Christmas... but it's has a OS in Spanish.... I want to change to English.

I heard it is impossible (illegal) since the operating system is licensed to my specific ipaq. Can HP help with this issue???

I also heard that it can be done.... but the warranty is void.

Can you help to find a way to be change the language from Spanish to English.??? If so, what are the drawbacks??

Thank you.

Luis

You might need to do an entire hard reset. You can find the instructions online, or it should be in the manual. When you restart it, though, it's going to erase everything but the OS, but whatever is on an SD card. I'd transfer all of your files either to a PC or SD card before doing so. If you just google it, I think you should be able to figure out how to reset it all the way. Then, when it starts, it should let you access the language. But there could be an easier way to do this; I'm unsure. You could call HP and just see if they have a quicker way to reset the language. I would assume you're probably going to just have to do a hardware reset though.
