4 gb sd card help!!!!

i bought a 4gb ridata sd card and my rx 1950 refuses to read the files on it. i have tried a soft reset... nothing.... formatted... twice... nothing.... tried to do a hard reset, and it wont do a hard reset.. how do you do that on an ipaq???

edit--- hard reset did nothing...

when i put any files on the card, it automatically erases them upon putting the card in the ppc.... when i re-instert it into the card reader, it shows an empty card...

well....HELP!!!

Is it an SDHC card or a regular SD card? The iPAQs won't read SDHC.

If it doesn't say SDHC, it's just an SD. I haven't heard of anyone trying a 4GB SD card in a rx19xx series, you may be the first. I don't have anything bigger than a 1GB so I can't even test mine. Hopefully someone else will jump in and give you more info.

I can't vouch for the ridata card, but I use an A-Data 4GB SD card in my rx1955 with no problems whatsover.
