Hi guys! im a total noob to the flashing of these devices but yesterday my ipaq just decided to freak out. now i cant get it to boot into the os. i have tried soft resets and hard resets and all i get is the screen with the loading bar, when this reaches about 75% all the graphics go weird and then the screen slowly fades! If i try and get to the start up screen with no loading bar (detailed in a fix without windows on this site) it just fades out as soon as the screen appears. Obviously i cant connect to active sync with it. is there a way of flashing from an SD card?? other than that i have tried the other 2 methods on this site and am now fresh out of ideas?!?!?!?

UPDATE

I managed to reflash the rom by getting into the white screen with no progress bar, connecting to the cradle then running the rom update, the process completed, said it was successful but after the device reset itself it got to about 75% and the graphics messed up again and the screen faded!! Does this mean it is totally dead????????
