New to asking for help, so hope it is in the correct place sorry if not.

History
Last night did a hard reset reason was to try and free some space on my rx3715 to try and put back to factory settings.

worked but when you tap the screen to set up your device the screen go's blank (white) and you can do nothing to get it displaying icons etc. (never had this problem before.

I can sync the device.

I can explore the device and see all the files and can copy files etc.

But still have a blank screen.

Have done a rom update but still the same problem.

Need help and thanks if you can.

Have been trying for a few weeks now, but still the same problem!!
