I tried to read a 4GB card in my iPAQ and I can't find it. Dose it only support up to 2 GB?

I assume your talking about sd cards.

You can use a 4gb card, you just have to be careful when picking out one to buy. Any cards that are sdhc wont work. This is the majority of 4gb cards for sale. Newegg has 4gb regular sd cards. These should work fine on your device.
