Help With My Rx3715

I have bought a hand IPAQ 3715. I used it until the battery went dead. Now when i plug it in to recharge a screen comes on with a loading bar. When the bar gets 3/4 full it stops it freezes.

I was wondering am i best to reloaded the software? Plus i need to rest because all of her stuff is still in the handheld please help me?
Otherwise i wouldn't have a clue what to do

Feel free to email me at jjben@adam.net.au

I had a similar problem occur when both batteries (main LiIon and backup NiMH) went dead. I had to wait to let it charge fully before it would work normally again.
Hope this helps.

If you let the battery become dead, then your pocket pc performed a hard resest and you have lost any of the data you installed to it. If you performed regular backups of your pocket pc or perform regular syncs to your
computer, then all is not lost....

Plug it directly into AC power and let it charge for several hours.
