RX3715, Power issues, completely screwy!

I just got an RX3715, when it is plugged in, it states "charging" but will not charge, but it will however drain. It also will not run off of AC power, but here's why I'm confused, it was fully charged when I got it... The charging light is on when the battery is in and this is off of both AC and USB charging. IT will also NOT run off of power. I've left the battery out for about 30 minutes (as the backup battery is nearly dead as well, it will turn on and just suspend itself again. WTF! Please help. I don't even know if it should be able to run off of AC power or not. I'm new to PPCs.

Quick update, I have gotten it to run off of AC power, but now if I got to the settings menu directly via start it will turn off. If I go to the settings menu via a popup that comes up I can view it. Then it will work via start again. I cannot open the camera, or media player, or actually anything, it just turns itself off. The battery will still say charging but will not actually move up in percentage. I've only had this for 1 day, anybody got any ideas?

I dont know.. but I have one doing the exact same thing.. replaced the battery (quality Mugen from Lion Battery), and it didnt improve. I have tried multiple cables and chargers. Still, will drain while charging.. shut down at 0%, then start charing again.. but makes the device useless.

btw, the OEM plug and wall charger fixed this. With Wifi and BT going, sync and charge just cant keep up, only the cradle or OEM power plug will do. RX is fine now
