I have a problem with my screen freezing and soft or hard reset will not cure problem, After hard reset i get " windows mobile" tap screen to set up your pc but it wont work when i tap it, if i push bottom center button it goes to align screen but again wont respond to tapping screen, i have no screen protecter cover on, and unit is about 18 months old the only usage it gets is for satnav, It has wound me up to the stage of tapping screen with hammer and launching it out of the window!!!. can someone save the day PLEEEASE
