Let me find the time to look through the FAQs and Tutorials. I may be able to contribute some content. I'm a tech writer/marketing comm writer with too many years of experience to mention. The Dell Axim is my first PDA--I did not need such a thing until recently--and I really like this device. It has lived up to all the advanced billing!
