PB roxxors the big one one! its helped me a lot, for reminding me to go to my poes eter appointments. I have been saved! Thank You, and i like softwares that help the peoples thats why i love it. I really love all good stuff from them and its great and wonderful! Powerups to the peoples!
I have invested my life in the service of others -- and that's a pretty demanding task! I'm the lead pastor of a growing church, I referee for a youth soccer league, we homeschool our children, I do counseling and other volunteer work... and I absolutely love it! Like many others, as I run about from task to task, I have come to rely on my Pocket PC to keep me organized, informed, connected, and on-time.
Of course, as we all know, there are some features of the Pocket PC that are cumbersome, and I'm very excited about the potential PocketBreeze offers to make my life easier. Being able to customize the Today screen to function the way I need it to is incredible. I can see it now: I'm walking across our campus when I get an important call about a future meeting. Right from the Today screen, I can skim ahead to the calendar date, pull up some notes in their own scrolling pop-up, reassign a category for easy sorting, tap and edit a task I'll need to complete early, and more. And the bonus is doing all of this from a screen that I can customize to fit my personal style! PocketBreeze captures all of the power of my PocketPC and makes it convenient... and that will make me more effective.
Organisation is now just be a 'breeze' with this tool.
I started with just the PocketBreeze to have an instant glance at my calendar, and within a month I've bought two more tabs already - making viewing the weather and contacts also just a 'breeze'. All the info that I access most is literally at my fingertips with the newly enhanced one hand scrolling features too
I must caution you all that PocketBreeze is very addictive :-) - almost the only plugin you would ever need.
At Work:
As a former drudge for a big box store I had no use for a PDA or organization in general but now that I am an assistant manager in training I find myself constantly overloaded with tasks that need my immediate attention...
~After a smoke break or
~First thing in the morning… (Did I neglect to inform/remind the Boss that I am off for the next three days? Well let’s hope I remember because he won't.)
~When is payday again?
In College:
~What Finals already when are my finals Scheduled??
~What Paper I don't remember anything about a paper let me check my schedule (fishing through backpack pulling out little wads of what were formally post-it notes)
Personal Life:
With Pocket Breeze I will never forget those important dates
~Anniversary (hey I have only been married a few months I am not used to having one)
~Wife’s Birthday. When I asked the wife to marry me... When I first started dating the wife... (Seesh Women have too many "special days".)
In summary: If I had Pocket Breeze I would -
~Defiantly (easily) become a worthless retail manager.
~Probably (Most likely) finish college soon.
~Hopefully I will spend less nights sleeping on the sofa. (I am sorry honey I didn't mean to forget that 3 years ago today you burnt the post roast and I made a face. Please stop beating me with the roller pin I won't forget again I swear)
Apprehensively he walks to the podium and picks up the microphone……”My name is Dave, and I’m a Palm user.” The crowd gasps in horror at the thought. But within weeks he has completed his program and he becomes an x51v owner…..
But seriously…. I travel a lot for work and have relied on my laptop to keep up to date on what’s going on and to keep me organized. But while a laptop is handy it’s not the easiest thing to lug around, and sometimes it just isn’t convenient to wait for it to boot up when you need something in a hurry.
I bought my Axim recently and don’t know why I didn’t make the move sooner. I’m loving it so far. It’s been a great tool and I love the fact that I can carry it in my pocket and have access to info immediately. It would be even better to have access to some of that info on my Today screen. Pocket Breeze looks like the perfect solution and it seems to be listed on a lot of people’s favourite lists. I’d love to give it a try!
She knows she has no chance winning against my Pocket PC armed with PocketBreeze! :approve:
Get a life. Seriously.
If your going to put your PocketPC over your girl then you need to rethink your priorities, and she needs to rethink her boyfriend.
It is hard, being the Maximum Dude, when you are as disorganized as I am. That is why I decided to wrap my world around this marvel of technology, my X50v! Now I keep up with paying bills, project deadlines, phone numbers, e-mail, shopping lists, etc.
But now I find that the Windows Mobile PDA utilities are too weak featured and too simple to do the job properly. That is evident in the default Today displays.
I would use any of these fine prizes to empower my new best friend to keep up with my organizational needs, and to improve my life through better information management.
Life on a Chinchilla Ranch can be very difficult. We have Chinchilla orders to fill (the holiday season is especially busy), new Chinchillas are coming in daily and we have a whole host of suppliers to manage, from Chinchilla food, to veterinarians, to Chinchilla psychologists. In addition to those challenges, those little buggers are FAST! Try catching 20 Chinchillas who just broke loose from their cage while holding a laptop in your hand.
That's where my trusty Axim and SBSH PocketBreeze come into the picture. My Axim fits neatly into my pocket and PocketBreeze makes it work like no other application on the planet. With the Tabs feature, I can quickly look at my Tasks, Notes, Messages and even special events like Lucy the Chinchilla's ovulation cycle for important breeding decisions. I can add great little programs like Weather and Finance, so I can know if I need a jacket on the way to see the accountant.
It's tough being a Chinchilla Rancher, but SBSH PocketBreeze makes it a hoppin' heck of a lot easier.
On the First Day of Christmas I got my true love a . . .
Well, a bowl of oatmeal because I forgot to get to the pet store before they closed and that was as close to Partridge as I could get.
On the second Day of Christmas I got my true love a . . .
Two turtles. Well, I remember that it was two and had turtles in it but couldn’t remember the rest. But hey, I made it to the pet store on time right?
On the third Day of Christmas I got my true love a . . .
Three French breads. OK I know what you’re thinking but how was I supposed to know that French hens were a special order item that had to be placed a week in advance?
On the fourth Day of Christmas I got my true love a . . .
No, I got the four calling birds OK. But you see the thing is, I got caught up in the game on TV and missed our dinner date.
On the fifth Day of Christmas I got my true love a . . .
FIVE A-P-O-L-O-G-I-E-S . . . . . . .
(well, she got three of them because I kept forgetting her e-mail address and didn’t have it written down)
On the Sixth Day of Christmas I got my true love a . . .
Six Geese a laying. Yeah got that one right!!
Wait . . . Hello? Huh? What do you mean they’re all dead? Well how was I supposed to know it was going to snow last night? . . . Well, they’ll still make a nice pillow. Hello?
On the Seventh Day of Christmas I got my true love a . . .
Seven Swans a swimming.
What are you kidding? If I screwed this up the song would have ended here. Called in sick, hit the shop first thing this morning – done. After that I was free so I took in a game and a movie - you know, made a day of it. I did forget my cell phone so no one could reach me about that big meeting with our main client that was scheduled at 4:00pm. I know I wrote that down somewhere. Didn’t really need that bonus this year. And now she’s talking to me again. Life is good.
On the Eighth Day of Christmas I got my true love a . . .
Eight organic quarts of milk. I mean what is she going to do with a bunch of strangers milking cows?
Huh? Sour? Expired? What’s the date today? Damn. No No No I’ll get you some more, fresh I promise. (Note on hand – pick up more milk. The date is 19 December 2005).
On the Ninth Day of Christmas I got my true love a . . .
Nine Exotic Dancers. (Found them on the net!)
How was I supposed to know we were having your parents over for dinner tonight? Life is not so good right now.
On the tenth Day of Christmas I got my true love a . . .
10 Lords a leaping DVD (Well, lords of the dance anyway). Damn, forgot to pickup the DVD player from the repair shop. I’m sure I wrote that down somewhere.
On the Eleventh Day of Christmas I got my true love a . . .
11 Pipers piping (Yep 11 Zamphir CDs).
What do you mean they didn’t arrive? Address? That’s your sister’s address? How’d that happen? No, I did write it down.
On the Twelfth Day of Christmas I got my true love a . . .
12 Drummers drumming. (Since her apartment has a noise ordinance I compiled a best of Heavy Metal Drummers CD).
The CD was blank? I’m sure I burned those songs onto the CD. I wrote it down . . .
Wow, I sure wish I had something to help organize my life better.
Pocket Breeze will help me manage my hectic work and personal lifes.
At work:
I can have a GREAT interface that allows me to see my calendar with tasks and follow up reminders all in the same application, helps me keep everything organized. One of the most helpfull things about it is the search option, it searches through all the items on my ppc, that is AMAZING and a huge help!
At Home:
It has become my "wife's best friend" thanks to Pocket Breeze I don't have to worry about remembering special dates, birth days, aniversaries, etc. I just wish that Pocket Breeze would remind me of the special dates and also give me some money for the presents, but nothing is perfect, right...
