Mortplayer 3.3 Released

Turning your Axim into a music player is as easy as 1-2-Freeware! Some people prefer the simple and low-memory using GSPlayer; as for me, Mortplayer is my free player of choice. And lucky for everyone, they've just released a new version: Mortplayer 3.3

For those who haven't yet tried this player, I certainly suggest it. It's one of those feature-rich players that has plenty to offer. A favorite feature seems to be the "Car Screen" mode, made for big-thumbed control :)

English This Time?

Last time I downloaded this it was in a completely different language. I believe it was Dutch and I was able to work with it but navigating the menus was rather difficult.

The screenshot looks English to me... seems to be a nice UI. Wonder how much memory this takes...will check it out. Thx. I still like GSPlayer.

Well hey there Forky! Haven't seen you 'round these parts in awhile!

Hmm ... might have to check out that media player. I find WMP works fine - but maybe this will work better?

It's going to be fun, 44, and a college student.

Hope they have some cute girls in the classes. :)

I use this software everyday. I hope that some of the older skins get updated for the new version. I especially like the Steel skins. Great for my workouts, good looking, too.

I like the idea of a "Car Screen", I just bought a big CF card and was hoping to get some more mileage out of my Axim as an mp3 player.

Question How's it compare?

How do the free music players (GSPlayer and Mortplayer) compare to Windows Media Player 10 for PPC?

Thanks,

Keith

This is pretty cool. I like the car mode. I have not looked at all the options yet but I plan on buying an FM modulator to plug my x50v into for my car. (It is a hunk a crap and not deserving a good CD player)

This out to work out great! Thanks Forky! :approve:

I have plenty of music on my x50v and take it to the gym and on the trail 6 or 7 times a week. works great, except for the battery life when i use BT headphones. :approve:
