SkyForce testing request, x51/x51v

Hello,

We've heard some reports that current version of SkyForce have some problems with WM5.0 devices (x51v for example) and we are planing an update.

Could people with WM5.0 devices please try this if this version works fine? (People with other devices are welcomed to try it too!)

http://files.idreams.pl/fget.php?id=SFBETA

Please let me know if you experience any problems with keys, events, rotation, stuttering etc.

best regards,
Marek Wyszynski,
Infinite Dreams,

I just gave it a try.
Runs smooth, but the background would go black for a second and then back to normal. I could still see my ship and some other ships, but everything else was black.

Thanks! I've spotted that problem and will fix it. I'm glad that the rest seems to work fine.

regards,
Marek.

I am the new proud owner of a X51V. One of the first games I put on was this one (bought). I freely admit that just like on the original arcade version, I stink! But like benjers reply I have only noticed the occasional blacking out. I do not know what happens on higher difficulty and further missions because I honestly don't think I'll get there. I am happy with the graphics, but someone who is more of a gamer and has progressed further where the graphics accelerator and such will need to kick in will be much more authoritive in your query.

Yeah, you have some problems...

Merek,

I have an axim x50v, with a 1 gig sd card and a 1 gig cf card, and I am running windows 5.0, and yeah, the game is jumpy, jerky, not smooth, not sure why.

But, it does look like a great game if you could get these problems resolved.
