No sir, that's what the file size is. I have a 4GB card almost full of programs and games. Several programs installed to the device.

Todays backups are:

Sprite 103M
SPB 101M

(Resco Explorer looking at my SD backup card)

Sorry if I should have mentioned I'm using X51v... I thought the thread was about the new backup software for WM-05.

Does this backup program only backup the device's ROM (x51v) or does it also backup the contents of an SD card?

Thanks.

Main Memory (ROM) only at this point. Although I'm not sure why you really need a backup utility for removeable media. Put it into a card reader and copy-paste :approve:

That's pretty much my backup method for cards... a couple times a week I pop them into the PC.

I had deinstalled Spb Backup awhile back due to several problems. Last night I downloaded the latest version setting up an automated backup for 6AM today.

When I checked the PDA this AM I found:
  • There was no Spb Backup created
  • The icons for the Odyssey Client and for the WLAN Utility were both missing from the system tray. These reappeared after a soft reset.
  • The Sprite Backup that was scheduled for 5AM did not run successfully; it created a zero byte backup. It had been successfully running previously. After deinstalling Spb Backup, a successful manual run of Sprite Backup was completed.
