Review: Atomic Battle Dragons

These aren't just Dragons. They're not even Battle Dragons. Oh no, what we have here are....Atomic Battle Dragons!

With a name like that, Aximsite had to get its filthy paws on this game and give it a test run. Did we like it? Here's what our resident Games expert, Cheryl, had to say:

"Isotope244 has struck gold again with Atomic Battle Dragons! And is it any wonder? The game has an interesting storyline and witty dialog. The graphics are brilliant in either QVGA or VGA mode and the game options are very nearly completely customizable. The accompanying soundtrack is pretty darn good, too! Do yourself a favor and download the free demo. You won't be disappointed!" ~ Cheryl Booth

Fun game definately. I played it for about 25 minutes or so.... I have to say though that I am not a huge gamer on my axim. I did enjoy it, and the smooth feel of the graphics and music seemed well. (By the way, I am running this on an axim x30 high, but the processor is set to auto, it appeared to be runninng at 208 with just the game open.) the screen shots were awful, but the game is fun. The controls are odd at first with landscape mode. Although, from what I have seen, I could not justify 20 bucks for the full version.... just my opinion though

Kinda bytes, imho. Pointless gameplay and gets old quick.

They want how much for this???

Hello everyone, I am the author of the game, I wasn't sure when this review was going to be posted, glad I checked Aximsite.com today :) It just so happens the game is on sale at my site right now for $14.95, you can also order from handango, pocketgear, or clickgamer.

The demo has 9 levels, the full version has 40 levels with 4 huge zone bosses, many more creatures, more dragons, more music tracks, and many more items.

If you are having problems with the controls I am releasing an update with some more control options which should make things easier I hope.

Thank you for doing the review Cheryl :D

James. Thanks for giving us yet another great game! So what are you working on next? :D

At $14.95, this is a steal! I said it before and I'll say it again - download the demo - you won't be sorry.
